Rim and Tire info on Accord V6

I have a 1999 Accord LX V6 Coupe and I'm looking to get new rims and tires for it. What's the bolt pattern on this car? Will 17"x7.5" work? What about if lowered 4-5 inches (air bag with 10 switches goes from about 1 inch to 7 inches)? Looking at Motegi, these any good? And I'm going to need some new tires for them, will pretty much any brand do? Not sure what to look for or what numbers are important (or even mean). I do need them to be able to handle high speeds too (Preferably up to the 180MPH+ range short distance, 140 or so sustained). Any good places to get these rims and tires cheaply online? I can get them from a shop but it would cost about 1200+ and I'm thinking I can find it cheaper.

now, let's examine this a little closer .... You are planning on spending several thousand dollars on suspension mods (10 switch air bag system) several thousand dollars on drivetrain mods (thats what it would take to make your Honda go 140mph not to mention 180mph) but, you want to do that with generic low quality, low cost wheels and tires. What's wrong with this picture ??????

Where did I say I wanted to skimp on preformance? I don't know much about tires and rims and what not and how much of a difference there is between cheap and expensive ones or what is considered cheap or expensive. I am trying to do up my car as cheaply as possible without skimping on quality. If I can save a couple hundred dollars on something that won't skimp on quality then I will. If it's less quality I'll wait.

Now were your comments on "generic low cost rims and tires" about buying offline or about the Motegi's? I'm hoping not about the Motegi's, are these ok rims? I went and repriced them and learned a bit about what all the numbers mean and decided to go with the shop and I ordered them yesterday. Got the Mortegi R12's 17"x7.5" with Falcon Z rated tires (22545ZR17) and they have a 40mm offset. This sound good? I was told they would fit on my car just fine and I shouldn't have any problems with the air bags. Costing me ~1270.00 and thats with tax and an oil change.

Now more questions..draive train mods to get it to even 140? I've already gotten it to 133-134 and it still felt like it had a few more MPH to go. Am I really going to need to mod it to make it any faster? I'm worried now I won't even be able to add on an intake and exaust and take it up to full speed.
