Looking for rim and tire info on 97 Tiburon FX
I want to get away from my stock rims and tires on my 97 Tiburon FX. Any info from someone who has upgraded their Tiburon wheels would be greatly appreciated.
What is the max rim and tire size that I should go? I am looking at 17x7.5 or 18x7.5 rims with a 205/40/17 or 205/35/18 tire. One thing I really need to know is what is the correct offset that I will need on the wheels. I know the bolt pattern is 4 x 114.3, but don't have a clue on the offset for the new rims. HELP!!! |

get 16 inchers.
best combination of durability, speed, handling and show. on that 97 tib though, you will prolly have captive rotors, so you have to make sure to get rims with indents for the bolts that stick out of your car's hub. or you could convert to non captive rotors. http://hyundaiperformance.com/forums/topic.php?t=45183 OFFSET INFO http://hyundaiperformance.com/forums/topic.php?t=16594 |
