Rims and tires for my Accord

I have a 1999 Accord LX V6 Coupe and I'm looking to get new rims and tires for it. What's the bolt pattern on this car? Will 17"x7.5" work? What about if lowered 4-5 inches (air bag with 10 switches goes from about 1 inch to 7 inches)? Looking at Motegi, these any good? And I'm going to need some new tires for them, will pretty much any brand do? Not sure what to look for or what numbers are important (or even mean). I do need them to be able to handle high speeds too (Preferably up to the 180MPH+ range short distance, 140 or so sustained). Any good places to get these rims and tires cheaply online? I can get them from a shop but it would cost about 1200+ and I'm thinking I can find it cheaper.

your v6 is a 5 lug bolt pattern. as far as your drop 4+ inches will cause your tires to wear rapidly and you'll be buying new tires like every 2000 miles or so. But as long as you raise the car so the tires dont have alot of negative camber you will not wear the tires but you will not get the look you'll prob want. the rims will work just find and the tires size your going to want to get is either a 205/50/17 OR 215/45/17 the first number is the tire with, second number is the wall height, third number is the rim size.

I'm not sire how safe it will be to run those high speeds on bags but im not sure just think outloud...

I'm trying to figure out what you're want to accopmlish.
first you said, you want air bag to lower your car, then you asking for tires that will handle 180mhp speed.:what:

air bags are not for speed, they will pop under high speed maneuvering. most of people use them for show perposes only.

if you want adjustability and high speed maneuvering, i'd recommend to get real Coil-Overs, like Tein or Spoon.

you don't tires that rated up to 180mph, simply because our cars are have speed limiter built into ECU and it won't allow to exseed 135mph, so you settle for V rated tire (149mph). as far of tire size you need to buy 215/50/17 tires for 17" rims, but those tires generaly expencive and have limited number of companies who makes that size tire, so some people go for 215/45/17. they little smaller then they should be.
because of that your speedometer will be show higher speed then actual, for example: with 65mph on speedometer actual speed that you will be 62.8mph.
