Cool Racing-Corvette LeMans 1997
Hi,

here some pics of my Racing-Corvette, that participated in LeMans 1997 and in the same year in the FIA GT-Serie. I saw the car live in Hockenheim, the sound was amazing.
The model was a transkit of Scale Production, it was detailed with some wiring etc.

That is a Callaway Corvette. They haven't been treated very well at Lemans.Probably because they almost won their class a couple of years ago and were walking all over the Porsche's. They weren't even invited back the next year, runor was at Porsche's lobbying. The car that caused all of the furor was a later version of the kit micha built.
I would like to know how the kit was to build. I have the same kit on my sehlf wanting to be built.

Hi Kevin,

I had no problems building the kit. Cutting the clear covers for the lights was a little tricky, but the rest was ok.
