1965 Aston Martin DB5
I have a 1/24 Doyusha model 1965 Aston Martin DB5 which I want to paint as per the 007 car. In some of my research, I have come across two colour suggestions: Silver Birch ((ICI 2829) or Silver Grey (ICI 3314), with the Silver Birch seemingly being the odds-on most accurate. Can anyone confirm this colour for me, and if so, is the ICI 2829 the paint code? Also, does anyone know of an equivalent colour with modelling paint (Testors, Tamiya, etc...)?

It sounds like you'll be best off using automotive paint, since you're concerned with accuracy. I don't know about that particular code. Where did you find it? By any chance, are you anywhere near an Aston Martin dealership...?
