Spec V Antenna

This may sound stupid, but i was wondering whether the car stereo antenna on the Spec V is retractable (goes down when you tun off radio) or if it stays up, and is one of those that screw in...thanks

Yep It's fixed. I want to shave mine and relocate it into the a-pillar so it is hidden.
