For some reason when i reverse of accelerate there is a faint click noise that clicks once, especially if i accelerate on the gas alittle harder than usual... What is this noise, someone told me that it might be the upper arm bearing, could that be the problem? and if not what the hell is it? How do i get rid of this noise?

Check the tightness of all the bolts on your lower control arm, your lower strut bolts, any and all bolts on the front suspension, it could be your sway bar nuts as well...:alien:
