AEM Fuel Rail Question

My 95 civic ex is bone stock. I want to do some basic bolt ons consisting of AEM products. My question pertains to the AEM high-flow fuel rail. Will i see any preformance enhancements out of this product on my stock engine. Or should i save more and start with the AEM CAI? I really plan on adding the CAI, fuel rail, cam gear, and pulley set, but funds are tight so it may be a while between mods. Thanks.\

BTW, i pan on adding a ZEX nos set up to my car in the future.

a fuel rail will not see much if any gain on a motor with only a few mods. generally these help out a lot on motors that put out hihg hp numbers

I suggest buying an intake first, if you don't have one.

If your car is bone stock, you should start out with an intake, then exhaust and header. Those 3 should be the main things you start with when modding a car (unless you plan on going FI from the beginning). I don't think you will need a fuel rail unless you have a turbo. And I don't think you should get pulleys or cam gears until you have the basic bolt ons. You shouldn't do those two unless you know which route your going.

slownfurious,

go to www.groupbuycenter.com, register, and then look for the AEM cold air intake vendor. i believe its Cox Imports. the AEM CAI for my car was 177.50 shipped, it should be around that same price for all civics.

i wouldnt go and spend 400+ on catback though, i would recomend getting the mufler you want and running a pipe to it. also dont go spending 180 bucks on AEM CAI when you can get off brand for about 100 at almost any retailer.
I would suggest getting cams and nitrous setup if you want to make some power. the I/H/E will give you about 10hp tops, but you can get more than that by getting a cam.
