DC Sports 4-2-1 or 4-1?

The next thing for my car is headers but i don't know which ones i should get. I want to get DC Sports but which ones would produce the most hp for my car throught the entire rpm range (4-2-1 or 4-1)? Also, the only 4-2-1 available for my car in the DC Sports line is a 2-piece header as compared to the 1-piece for the GSR. What are the disadvantages of 2-piece instead of 1? Thanx.

4-2-1 if u use the car more for daily dirving..since 4-2-1 will give u better mid range power!..so that's liek aroudn 3500rpm-5500rpm gains..but with 4-1..u get much mroe high end power which is u know 6500rpm-redline..
so depends..i would personally go for the 4-2-1 since i think ur car is not going to be used for drag race..right?..so daily driving..4-2-1 is the best!since most of our factory 4 cylinder cars use 4-2-1

second that... most daily drivers are 4-2-1 because of the better low to mid end gains

Sorry, you triggered my peave-o-meter. Your Inline 4 cylinder engine only has one header. Not headers.....header. Now you can be relieved that you don't have to spend $700, you only have to spend $350. As for the question at hand. Go with the 4-2-1. Thats what I have and the gains throughout the entire rpm band are more noticeable then what you would see from the 4-1. 2 piece design just makes it easier to install, the differences between the 2 are negligible, so go for what they have available for your car. Good luck!
