Progress: 2nd Attempt: Extreme Detail 2 Fast 2 Furious Skyline

Hello again. This next model will put my skills to the REAL test. I am going to be building an ultamitely detailed Nissan Skyline GT-R V-SPEC (R34) from 2 Fast 2 Furious(Was unable to find the v-spec so It's being made with a v-spec II. I am going down to the bone for this model. It will have eninge detail. Interior detail will be as far as it goes to make it a to scale replica. It will be down to the bone as well, fire extinguisher, velour on both front and rear seats, second set of Nitrous buttons on top of steering wheel, the television screen with the sewed cover on it. Exterior Detail will be marked down to the exact square on the body, as there are 13-14 square/rectangles on the sides of the car, and the roll-bar. The GT-R Badge will be removed off of the stock body kits and will be transfered when the C-west SAS transkits are put on. GT-R badge and Nissan badge on the rear of the car shall be removed due to they are not there on the movie car. But, as nice I it sounds, there are two problems in which I face.

1: Company logos- I have no idea how to make or where to buy these decals, all I know is the the logos which consist of:

Sparco, APC, Modern Image, JBL, NOPI, HKS, Toyo Tires, NX, K & N, Turbonetics, and MoTeC. Now, I kno I am missing three of the logos on the hood, this is because I do not know what they are. If anyone can help me out that would be great.

2: Sound System- I am pretty sure there is a sound system in this car, but I am not aware of where it is and what it looks like, as in #1 if anyone can help me with ref. photos or anything it would be appreciated.

Now, without further or do, here's the progress I have started.

Body, Scale Auto Style C-west Transkit, shaved down rear emblem.

Engine, Converted from an Aoshima R32model. Not all done but will get there.

Here's the start on my seat. Detail Master flocking was used, it turned out pretty good I guess, I might just use a different seat and have it painted instead, what do you guys think?

Don't forget the triple nitrous tanks where the passenger seat should've been. But who wants to haul their friends around anyways... lookin' good!

Get 'er dun.

Re: 2nd Attempt: Extreme Detail 2 Fast 2 Furious Skyline

good luck on finding everything. I could help you out on the hood. If you check my 2F2F skyline thread, i think i posted what I thought was on the hood. There was a sound system in the car but they didn't show it on the movie. The car started out as Craig Liebemans, so search for his skyline and you should be able to find alot. Heres just some I found.

and this page has the system in the trunk.

Those were the links I used for mine. I had others, but they disappeared.

Cool. Nice silver. I think what GT-Alex is talking about are the twin nitrous purge lines on the sides of the front bumper. Good luck with your build. What were you planing for wheels?
