Question Spark Plugs

What plugs would you guys recommend for a worked r32 gts-t? i.e. turbo/injector upgrades etc. (running high boost) Platinum or normal ones? Gap sizes? Do they make a noticeable difference?

Thx all

NGK Iridiums, 0.8 MM gap, and as a rough guide +1 colder for every 75 HP increase over stock.

Hey guys, i'm in the same situation as 32 godzilla, and would apreciate some great advice. I'm thinking on trying the iridium plugs over my platinum ones but was woundering if there were any noticable differences to these plugs over the platinums?
And also does any one have the part number to NGK iridium plugs for a 32 gtst?
