Spark Plugs, coils, wires???

OK guys, need some advice, I have a 1997 GTP with @ 180,000 only things I have done is a dyno max exhaust (2 1/4") with u bend and cat delete. A cone style air filter

What would be the best spark plugs, wires, coils to get?? and what should the gap on the plugs be?

Re: Spark Plugs, coils, wires???

As long as you have no supercharger pulley mod or other relevant mods AC Delco 41-101 Iridium or NGK TR55IX Iridium plugs. Gapped at stock .060". As far as coils use the stock ones. Best around considering they are stock. No performance to be gained with brands such as MSD. For wires AC Delco Premium Silicone 7mm are hard to beat.
