Sub amp stoped working
Last night, my sub amp stopped working.
I worked fine for over year, and last night it wuit working. I was not pushing it hard at all. The power LED on the amp, stay a constant RED(protected) instead of GREEN(power). Any ideas where I should start troubleshooting this problem? courtneyb |

You can try removing all power sources to it that may reset it. If its in protected mode, there may be something in the amp that needs to be reset. What amp was it again?

FOUND THE PROBLEM
Well, I rewired the subs in series and found only one sub working, so i pulled the non-working one out. I discovered the wires from the termials to coils were touching. i seperated them, and re attached the sub, and bingo, all systems are a go...
