not sure on the price but it could add anywhere from 20HP-40HP...it all depends on the P&P job.

Cost depends entierly on where you go and how much work they do. Anywhere from $100 to well over a $1,000. However its totaly unnessacry on most modern Honda engines, (including the H22) unless you simply have to much money lying around, or your looking for that extra edge in a race car.
