Exclamation Port & Polish on SOHC VTEC... gains?

Just wondering what kind of gains would someone see on a port and polish job on a 92-95 SI (SOHC VTEC) motor? Obviously the motor would need to breath more both in and out ~ so looking to drop in a CAI & better exhaust ~ what kind of gains would you say could be had?

There would be a slight gain, but to really take advantage of getting head work done, you would need a lot more than just CAI and exhaust. I wouldn't recommend getting headwork unless you had a semi-built all motor car(higher compression pistons, aftermarket cam, stiffer valvesprings) or any form of forced induction.

if you want to post pics of the dyno, you gotta first upload the pictures to an online picture host. Try Fotki.com , they let you upload the pictures for free. Then, you just copy the location of the picture on Fotki. Next you paste it into a post on the forum, but between these [img*] [/img*]. (But without the asterisks) So, it would look something like this: [img*]http://www.eautoworks.com/ads/RAYBR-1300banner.gif[/img*] Just remember, dont use asterisks when you type it up. Heres what you get when you type the same line with no asterisks:
