HLJ help

Everytime I have ordered from HLJ, my mom gets an email saying the PayPal payment didn't process. Could someone help me out on ordering from HLJ?

check ur paypal information and make sure ur using the correct HLJ payment email for paypal, all i can think of ATM

I have the same problem with my credit card. In fact, all the transactions from japan are locked by the bank. I have to call them and unlock the credit card for the payment period.

How strange it is.

Just transfer the money to your paypal account then pay them. your credit card will never see you actually pay for Japan product.

But if you have a credit card, why not paying HLJ directly ? much easyer

The first logical thing you should do before giving your money to someone, is read how it work !

Read the HLJ FAQ. If you are a registered customer of HLJ (I assume you must be if you are trying to purchase something) you can add a credit card direct to your account (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc). So when you purchase something, the credit card is debited directly. Saves going via PayPal.
