the diff. between reg. b20a5 & JDMb20a5

Hey peoples, I'm new to this site and one of the main reasons I got into in was so I can get some help with my 89 prelude si. I want to know if there is that much of a difference between the b20a5 that I have in my car and the JDM b20a5 that I hear some people talk about, and if its worth it. Thanks.
