What to do, What to do

Hey all....just want some help here....
Currently i have a 1995 honda civic dx...now...dx is not fast by anymeans.... I want to make my car faster...so, what should i do? i have it narrowed down to two choices. the first being swap in a d16 head, and slap a turbo charger on there, i'm thinking maybe the greddy or drag3....second choice, do an engine swap for a b16a, and do intake, header and exhaust.,..i figuree they'll both work out to being the same price...am i right in assuming that? any input on these two choices is much appreciate. if possible, include costs, power, torque because i really am not sure whihc to do at all....

if you're considering it i would DEFINETELY go with an engine swap with a B16, B18...or something. It will give you more room to grow in the future. You never know where your desire will lead you. It will give you a stronger base and if you do this you can always add a turbo or other modifications to this engine later. Trying to add power to a DX engine is like trying to suck an apple through a straw (whatever that means).
