sway bars? strut bars? what are these and what do they do?

what are sway bars, and strut bars, and tie bars? what are they used for? how do upper and lower bars differ? do i need them if i lower my car?

Yea of course go and buy one. The strut bar runs from shock tower to shock tower and holds them tightly together so you have nice crisp handling...mmmm.....:licker:
