GSR Head?

Ok, I was talking to this guy online, he seamed pretty knowledgable about things. I told him I have an 00 civic LX and we were talking about mods and upgrades and stuff. He said that I should get a GSR Head for my car. Could I just put the head on there, would it work, and what would it do? And how would I go about doing this?

Hmmm a GSR head on a D series block????? Not gonna happen plus you are looking at a SOHC and wanting to put a DOHC GSR head on it...

seemed knowledgable......unfortunatly he wasnt cause you cant do it.

you can put a sohc vtec head from a y8 on there though. hopefully thats what he meant to say.

ok, and will that just bolt on in place of the old one? and what will it do for me as far as performance and power?

You have to do an ls/vtec conversion for that to work. It's a lot of work
