exhaust tips

Just wondering if it was possible to get a dual exhaust tip put on my 90 accord. I think it would make my rear look alot better. And also, would an exhaust tip like the one below change the way the car sounds?

it depends on if it would fit or not. all exhuast tips are either a clamp style or a weld style. which means you either clamp it on to the end of your stock pipe or you weld it on the your stock pipe. that tip looks like it might make some noise but it would sound like a high quality muffler. it would make noise do to the holes on the inside from what i can see.
