I had the VW dealer replace my stock light bulbs with xenon charged bulbs. After a few months I noticed dirt collecting in my headlight assembly. Recently, one of my bulbs went and I was replacing the bulbs myself this time. When I removed all of the stuff to get to the bulbs I noticed that the wiring harness for the high beam/DRL was not "plugged" in properly therefor allowing dirt to continually collect in the assembly. I am not sure if the dealer would be responsible for this, so I was going to remove the assembly and clean it out myself. How do I do this? It looks as tho the front bumper needs to come off? Help, Please!

yes, you have to pull of the front bumper. i havent done this in a while, but i think first comes the grill, then the splash gaurd, the two bolts behind the bumper side markers, and the 2 in each wheel well. good luck.
