2003 Sable Headlight Assembly Leaking (Takes on water internally)

I looked around the edge of the headlights assy to see if it was obvious that a gasket might have been leaking but I do not see that from the top at least.
Does anyone know how to take that headlight assy off ? I notice that a replacement assy would cost $100 online I would prefer to try and fix this one if possible. It does not take on water bad but it does have the water drops speckled over the inside and there is a watery glaze on it. It looks bad but has not caused any malfunctions as yet !
