Problem with Idle in 2003 Cav

This is the problem:

Randomly drop at times when I have the clutch down slowing down/coming to a stop, and slowly come up when the clutch was released and Im in neutral. Sometimes especially in the winter when it dropped to say 400rpm the car would shake/vibrate and feel like it was about to stall. When this happened the car would operate like shit, like shifting wouldn't be smooth because when the clutch was pressed the rpm would drop quickly. Otherwise it would be normal rpm dropping normal speed and I could tell the difference when it was having issues.


Can anyone help?

since you car is under warranty make the dealer fix it. might be deposits on the throttle valve or idle air motor. whatever it is make GM fix it.

If its under warranty gm will fix it for free

mine does the same thing. had in to the dealer but they won't do anything cause it idled perfect while it was there. now it's in gettin a motor job. go figure
