Where to start for Newbie's
My name is tyler and i have a 92 si 5-speed. everythingis stock right now but not for long. i have somewhat of an idea on how my car will turn out but the problem i am running into is that i cannot find any info on parts for my lude. mainly the WHY i need it and how one brand better than another. this what i have in mind
tell me if this is good or bad and why racehart wheels 18" 7 or 7.5 CR single (silver or crome) (tires?) skyline or boxer full body kit? i need a recomendation for suspension injen cold air intake fuel management? brakes and calipers? euro side mirrors? carbon fiber altez brake lamps head lamps? any info would be great |

Re: Where to start for Newbie's
the Racing Hart CR evos are some of the best looking wheels for the prelude EVER:
http://www.cardomain.com/id/mason186 People will give you varied answers on suspension. Personally, I went with neuspeed sports, tokico illuminas, and front and rear strut tie bars. Some say when they ride with me, they experience a feeling while going around corners unlike any other car they've been in. I think part of that is due to the 4 wheel steering though. I don't think you are quite ready for AIR/fuel management yet, as you haven't done that much to your car's engine. Brakes, I've seen everything from the ever pricey AEM big brake kit to the NSX calipers on boostlee's ride to legend caliper conversions. I must say, I like the NSX idea best. Stock mirrors are beautiful. Stock brake lamps are beautiful. JDM headlamps are beautiful. Most of everything else is pretty nasty.

Re: Where to start for Newbie's
I personally like 5 Zigen rims or Volk but they're usually really expensive
Suspension i have Neuspeed springs with Blistien shocks i kinda whish i got coilovers by Tien or JIC but oh well, im pretty happy with my current set up. with your intake i think you should get an exhuast, as for recomendations i dont know what to say i personally like the Greddy Evo just becuase of the sound. I hate altz. even the "CARBON FIBER LOOKING ONES" if you where getting them to try to make your car lighter you might as well throw out your floor mats to. If you must have a body kit look for really clean ones, the prelude has nice curves that shouldnt be over exaggerated. off topic but PRELWED UR SELLING UR CAR!?!?! and nice pickup |

![]() I'm not sure if I like the idea of having two cars right now, but the price is right for that car, and it has about 130 thousand less miles than my lude.

Re: Where to start for Newbie's
Looks like a good deal to me, i dont really like the front bumper, but the car is still very nice and clean looking. Did you get a carfax report? I'd buy it on the spot if i had that much to spend, try offering him 8k to doesnt hurt to bargain.
