what color rims and tint on a green civic??

i have a green 98 civic dx coupe. personally i dont like the green.. you know its that forest green color. but i already got the car. so i was starting to look for rims and tints.

What color rims do you think go with a green civic? gun metal? chrome? or whats that other metal color in between gun and chrome? black is obiously out. i seen white on one.

and what color rims?

machined is the other silver color your thinking about. i actually like the forest green..always complements a custom tan leather interrior. what color tint is easy...black/smoke !!!! dont go with that stupid ,ghetto, riced out silver or mirror. People like us usually laugh at people with that stupid tint, its so ugly and flashy and clashes with everything. Go with a nice black/smoke tint give it a nice clean dark apperance to complement the dark green exterrior. Now wheels..I would rather go with gun-silver ..i dont think white will go in this occasion. But you need to tell me waht all you plan on doing to the car, and what is done to it now. because The color and aggresive design of the wheel will make a diff. on the overall apperance you pose on the street. let me know

i would go with a smoke limo tint, and maybe some gunmetal rims with a silver lip just to accent it

I like the gunmetal idea. Maybe some clean, goldish coloured ones. I've seen green cars with gold rims and they didn't look bad at all.

i just want a nice lookin ride, thats all. i mean, i just got it and so far, all i did was put in a new intake and gauge cluster. next i planned on tinting and rims. so thats why i asked. i dont want anything too flashy. just something that looks hot. is there a diff between regular black tint and this "black/smoke" tint ur saying? gun-silver? like this.. ? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...sPageName=WDVW ?

black and smoke are the same tint pretty much, just a diff of manufacturer really....go to a place where teh y offer SunGaurd tint if at all possable ..it has teh best warranty on the market so youll never have to worry about it. i would go with rather gunmetal/gold or I would go with a silver...i would stay away from black,white,machined silver and chrome if you dont want something flashy. My opinions on wheels....check out the Enkei Rs6, the konig Rated R's, the Motegi MR7's ( which come in all the colors), and maybe the Focal F5 i think those would look good on a green civic, but the only ones you will be able to get in a color other than silver is the Motegi MR7 ...i would just flip thru a superstreet and see fi you like something...you can also log onto www.tirerack.com and choose your vehicle color and look at pics of wheels on there
