Arrow GS-R Torque

hey people, im new here and i have a 1997 Acura Integra GS-R. the stock 0-60 time on it sposed to be about 7 seconds. what do you guys suggest are some good upgrades to increase my torque, so i get a lot more acceleration. also... whats the best ECU for my gs-r? thanks guys.

Cams, CAI,E,H. VTEC Controller. more Naturally aspired parts. i dunno about the ECU tho..

ECU upgrades are a waste of time and money until you do something other than basic bolt on mods.

and what upgrades "other than basic bolt on mods" do you suggest i do before getting an ECU?

Dont swap the engine, that would be a total waste of a perfectly good B18C1....by more than basic bolt on's he meant changing out the cams, cam gears maybe new pistons and rods and some serious work before you a new ecu...and technically i wouldn't even do it then...just get a hondata or something along those lines and tune the hell out of the engine, you will see better results that way.
