Re: how did u learn to LAUNCH!?!?

The best way to learn is to practice in some one elses car. And practice some more, & more. If you drive your "street" car like a race car be prepared to repair & maintain it like one.

Re: how did u learn to LAUNCH!?!?

This is horrible information, and I do not condone following it, but it is a way.

Find an industrial park, late at night, that has redlights. Stop at a green light, and wait for the yellow, rev, launch on red. Obviously, don't do this when there is another car around. Or just find somewhere secluded and practice on your own.

Re: how did u learn to LAUNCH!?!?

When you get your car practice different methods, dumping the clutch, feathering the clutch etc. and use the one that you feel most comfortable with.

Re: how did u learn to LAUNCH!?!?

another thing too, something which my friends don't seem to understand. When you rev and launch, don't immediately put your foot into it. Hold it where it is until your tires get traction and then bury the pedal. All of my friends rev the piss out of their motors and then just bury their foot after dumping the clutch and they sit there and spin and wonder why....dumbasses.

Re: how did u learn to LAUNCH!?!?

The best way is to spend a few bucks and goto the track, that way you won't get jacked. I too learned on the street back when I had a fast car, In the 6 years Ive been driving I have collected over 30 tickets, street racing is stupid and expensive, take it to the track.

Re: how did u learn to LAUNCH!?!?

Street racing is stupid and expensive but it is much more fun than the track. I race on both...I know.

On the street your so close to death that its so stupid but thats what makes it so interesting.

Remember, illegal things are always fun.
