Unhappy Lightning booster

I came across these lightning boosters, any onehas any ideas if they really work, or how well they work, i have tried the wiring harness and it does make a difference, but if anyone knows pls help.
Really curious about these boosters.

It just simulates HID headlights. You can get the same results for 30 bucks with a new aftermarket headlight harness
