DN Exhaust and Downpipe Package?

Im am about to purchase this package because of the good deal. I dont want to eliminate the main cat due to emisions and im going to get rid of the precats later. It is 2.5" to 3" piping on the downpipe. And the cat-back, is 3" to 2.5" to dual muffler tips. It is basically a borla cat back, except a DN, they are all even stainless steel. I was wondering if anyone has purchased this yet, or has it and likes it? How does it sound? HP increases? Looks? Just curious,

Thanks,
Matt
