1500 Front Hitch
Has anyone ever put a front hitch on a Silverado 1500? Mine is a 2002, and I am looking for recommendations.

you mean like a towbar? i helped a guy put one one i don't know where he got it. it bolted in the frame rails using the towhook mounting holes

sounds like you're looking for a front mount receiver hitch. I am not sure that I have seen any like that specific to the newer trucks. Good luck though

Yes, I am lookingfor a front mount receiver---like for a bike rack when towing a trailer. I would rather keep the front tow hooks.
