1993 dodge spirit starting problem

Hi guys,
I have just experienced this problem. When trying to start,I wouldn't get even a click from the starter. Boosted the car, and now the car starts and restarts OK, therefore the battery is fine. However, the daylight lights don't come on, and the right side turn signal lights don't work. Also, no break lights! I had a similar problem during extreme cold this winter. But then the car would start OK but no radio, no signals. After letting the car to warm up, I could have turn the car off and then after restarting, all electrical connections would be fine. Please help, Jaromir
