Lights working now
I took the car in a mechanic to get it fixed and i guess it was actually corroded wires causeing a short. I Guess i didnt check the wires right before. He had to remove the inner fender and washer resivor to access harness that is connected to the headlights. It was pink wire (ground Wire) no continity.

Re: Lights working now
I had that problem as well. (93 Grand Am) The Parking Lights would not work. When I got the car I noticed they didn't work. Well the wire from the bulk head connector was melted and Corroded all the way down to the front bumper, and across to the Right Front, it sucked but I was able to fix the problem.
