Dont know if they're the lightest possible, but Volk TE-37 only weigh about 10 lbs. Thats pretty damn light but expect to pay $300 each per wheel

SSR Competition's (aka Type C's) are the lightest of all affordable rims at 8 lbs. My 17" SSRs only weigh 12.9 lbs, though if you wanted to pop for magnesium TE37s you would probably end up with a slightly lighter rim.

My 15" Te-37 LEs weighed in at 8.2lbs a piece, I am pretty sure aside from the magnesium version that is one of the lightest rims out there.

And then both of you guys w/ you sewing maching powered cars get passed by a moped w/ a 5hp Engine and he goes on to put 5 car lengths on you. Racing an EX vs a DX is like a 10 speed bike vs a golden retriever.
