Does it matter having a GT vs. GTP to use this stuff? Are the procedures any different, and if so, anyone able to tell me where I can find how to do it for a GT? Also, does it matter whether or not you follow up with an oil change? I've seen procedures saying yes and no as far as getting one after you clean it out. Thanks for the help

Yeah, that's what got me curious in the first place, I'd rather not have to do the oil change if at all possible, but I'm not sure if it's needed to make the most use of the procedure.

Re: GM Top Engine Cleaner
With the top engine cleaner alot of the carbon deposits and crapola in the engine gets dumped into your oil...hence the need to replace it right away. You dont want your oil circulating that crap back around the motor.
