Type R Head Setup Questions??

I got a Type R Head ,, Wanting to know which is the best block to use beside B18c5... I got only the head.. Which one would be best B18b or B20? At the moment i got a GSR with T3/t4 turbo.. The next engine that will be setup is also gonna be turbo, transfer from my GSR. I do not want to use my B18c1 block anymore.. I'm thinking about the B20..
Any suggestions? or Maybe I should stay stock on the next setup with either LS or CRV block with Type R head. Give me some feedback people.

From what I have heard, and I may be wrong, the B20 is not good for boosting. The best block for boosting would be the B1, cuz of lower compression pistons. Also I have heard the B20 throws the balance of the teg way off. Only what I've heard. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Re: Type R Head Setup Questions??

the b20 block is bad for boost because its just not strong enough. Unless you want to sleave it go with a b18a/b block. Its the best choice for a turbo and the cheapest. The b20 was never designed for high horsepower
