'89 1500 sags in the rear!

I have an extra clean, high mileage '89 1500 that is dragging its behind. I am exploring the best options for getting her back up where she belongs. It seems there are 3 posibble options:

Re-arc the springs
add air bags
install a rear lift kit-maybe 4"?

Any opinions would be welcome.

LMC sells replacement springs.
Air Bags might work.
Lift kit just moves worn out springs.

Not alltogether true. If the lift kit used has new rear springs, you'll be fine with those. I installed a Rough Country 2" lift last year on my Sub, and so far so good. Nice ride, not too high, and the rear is not scraping the ground. I think the whole kit, with 4 springs, six shocks, a steering stabilizer, and all the hardware, was around $700. You can buy all the stuff separately also, if needed.
