do you want the most bass possible for the money or do you want good sounding bass? you will probably want to get a cd player also, so that will take you up probably above 500 for everything depending on what kind of system you want.

get some kicker comp vrs, i think for the money those are by far the best. you can some good prices at like caraudioexpert.com or something. Then make sure u get the dvc 4 ohm ones, which means u can wire them for 1 ohm which will save u tons of money on the amp. It wont be as clear but its not even noticable, and the money ull save will be alot. But u gotta make sure the amp u get can handle a 1 ohm load. the subs are 400 rms or sumtin like that so like 800-900 watts at 1 ohm is all ull need which is preety easy to achieve wit 1 ohm.try lookin at a black maxx by crunch, this ones a 2 channel but u can bridge it for 1 and get 1000 at 1 ohm bridged which is more then enough. If u need to know about wireing the subs look here: http://www.justwoofers.com/ , its preety easy. let me know if theyres anything i can help u wit or how this works out.
