1996 jeep grand cherokee won't start

The battery froze, I installed new one now it cranks great but iI have no spark and no fuel. The fuel pump will work if I hook up to battery direct so I don't think it is bad but I don't get any power to it or any power to the coil . Please help.
I amthinking maybe crank position sensor but I can't get a wrench on it . This is a V8 engine.

HI, UNDER THE HOOD RIGHT BEHIND THE BATTERY THERE IS A BLACK BOX. THIS IS THE POWER CONTROL BOX. REMOVE THE LID & TURN THE LID OVER YOU WILL SEE A DIAGRAM TELLING WHAT THE FUSES & RELAYS ARE FOR. THE RELAYS ARE THE BLACK SQUARE PIECES ONE OF THESE RELAYS IS FOR THE FUEL PUMP.TAKE ONE OF THE OTHER RELAYS & USE IT TO REPLACE THE FUEL PUMP RELAY THEY ARE ALL THE SAME SO YOU CAN EXCHANGE THEM. FIRST BEFORE YOU DO THIS STAND BY THE FENDER ON PASSENGER SIDE. HAVE SOMEONE TURN THE KEY ON.LISTEN TO HEAR IF YOU CAN HEAR THE RELAY CLICK WHEN THE KEY IS TURNED. IF YOU HEAR THE RELAY CLICK THEN YOU WON'T HAVE TO CHANGE THE RELAYS. WHERE ARE YOU LOOKING FOR THE CRANKSHAFT SENSOR.IT'S ON THE RIGHTCYLINDER HEAD AT THE BACK OF THE BLOCK [email protected]

HI I FORGOT TO TELL YOU THE BOLTS FOR THE CRANKSHAFT SENSOR ARE EITHER TORX SOCKET OR MM'S SOCKET, TRY UNPLUGING & PLUGING THE CRANKSHAFT SENSOR TOGETHER, IF IT STARTS THE SENSOR IS PROBABLY GOING BAD. [email protected]

Dale,
I appreciate your help. I have already tried changing relay I changed it with the horn relay due to fact I new the horn worked.I do not have any juice going into the coil or at the fuel pump is there any thing else I could check. The head lights ork on bright but not on dim everything else seems to work fan horn etc. I have tried locking and unlocking several times in case the security system would not let it start turns over great.
Thanks
Larry

HI HAVE YOU TRYED UNPLUGGING & REPLUGING THE CRANKSHAFT SENSOR. TRY THAT & SEE WHAT HAPPENS. IF YOU EMAIL ME DIRECT I'LL SEND YOU A ARTICLE ON THE SENSORS & CHECKING THEM. THE CRANKSHAFT SENSOR & THE FUEL PUMP POWRE ARE ON ONE CIRCUIT. DALE [email protected]
