Eclipse problem need help please

i having trouble with my car it seems to idle fine then starts to die. Sometimes when its idling ill give it gas and it will sputter till it gets over about 2G then its fine over 2G. Im guessing im not getting enough air while in idle and thats y its idling bad. Could this be it. I need help. PLease give me an answer.

it would help if you told us about your car... like what model you have... any mods that you have done to it... sounds like you have a vacuum leak but please let us know what you have got!

its a 95 elipse gst. i thinking its a vacum leak to and i have another ECU so i might try that too. IF you have anymore replys please help me thanks

Go to www.vfaq.com and make the intake leak tester. You'll find any and all vac/boost leaks if you do this. Well worth it, and everyone with a DSM should be doing this test regularly for the many reasons I've posted a thousand times in the past...

hey guys i ve been looking at my car and i noticed that the mass air flow meter wires were not the same. Looks like the guy i bought it from swapped out the air flow meter from a later eclipse and just connected wires to each other. if you have a airflow meter with the connections to it for a 95' GST please let me know
