Alright whenever I turn off the car all the power in the car turns off. I mean the clock and radio reset and power locks do not work...Basically the car dies when I take the key out. It starts up with no problems and drives fine. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks in Advance, Chad |

Re: Electrical Problem...Need Help Please
Ive had that problem, it was when my 75amp fuse for the feed threw blew. Of course after about 3 weeks the battery died couse the alternator couldnt recharge the battery. However I'm not saying you where to dumb to check your fuses but you may have something that is only slightly shorted to ground there. Ive had this problem on other cars you looking at like a 10-25 ohm short. But when ingnition is on it and your car switches to alternator power the short isn't the path of least ressistant anymore. Or i could be talking out my ass this is just what happend to mine.
