4.3l Throttle body
Does anybody know if they make a bigger throttle body for the 4.3l vortec v6???? I've looked around and have only found throttle body spacers. Also it's for a 2002 s-10. Thanks for any help.

Don't know.
Maybe there not out there because it would not be worth it. I recall that throttle body to be kinda big as it is. Maybe the easy bolt-on HP is elsewhere like in the Mass Air Flow Sensor.
