Are all 4.3 throttle bodies the same?

I needed a new throttle body for my 91 4.3 s10 and looking on ebay they all look the same to me. The sellers always put the casting #'s and they dont match mine. A couple people on ebay say the ones from the 4.3 and 5.7's are all the same. I found one for sale off a 91 astro. Would this work?

There seem to be two versions for the 91; with and without interim design change. If yours is with the change then the astro is the same part #.
