Thumbs down Consumer reports gives black mark on Mini!

I am very interested in buying a 2003-04 Mini and was reading the latest issue of CR and they list the Mini under used cars to avoid and give it a black mark for reliability. I read everyplace else that the reliability is great and it's a best buy... who do I believe???

Anyone else see this?

well, thats Bullshit. My bro has a Mini Cooper, and has had it for about 2 or 3 years i think, and its great. No problems whatsoever. Just the usual oil change, and checkup.
