converter
i am having a problem with my 97 neon . the catalitic converter starts to glow bright red when car has been running to long . will this cause the car to run rough or will it get that hot if something else is wrong with the car. runs great down the road it just runs like it has a bad miss at idle, already changed every sensor posible and even had to change rear seal it was leaking real bad . could the converter be stopped up causing it to run like that. can this car go with out a converter or will it cause future problems.
