Cool OBD0 to OBD1

Aight, So I bought this grand ol' b18a1/GSR lsvtec from a guy who had it in a 91 civic hatch (so it came from an obd0). Now me, being the modern day badass that I am, have a 92 Civic hatch muscle car edition.

I'm wondering, is it possible to convert my car over to obd0? and what will it take? The guy gave me a dynotuned ecu that has been reprogrammed specifically for the engine I bought, and an MSD distributor. So I'd really like to keep that stuff if I could (which would mean going to OBD stoneage, right?).

Also, what would it take to convert the swap over to obd1, just so I can compare.

I'm waaaaay n00b with all the electronics end of a car, so humor me and baby me along for a bit
