If you mean a NEW tranny, the only place is naturally the dealership. Connecelli Mitsu usually has the best price. See if you local dealer can match that (dont forget to consider shipping cost). If you mean a "new to you" used tranny
 try the above mentioned ebay, dsmtrader, and your local DSM club (your best bet). DSMtuners might have a WTB section too, not sure.

Also try fenton dodge (i think they changed there name to forum dodge), call them and talk to Bob Kise... mention the 2gnt/asog discount (even thought your car is a 1g
 ) I am not sure on the actual percent discount, but you can get an o2 sensor for 100 shipped while a regular mitsu dealer is 130 and you have to go there
