AMT Ferrari BB512
Does anybody know if this kit is a reissue of the old Nitto/Esci kit? Is it a good model? Details? Molds?
Thanks! |

Re: AMT Ferrari BB512
It isn't a Nitto, maybe ESCI though. It's okay but the best 512BB is a Tokyo Marui's.
You can see that 360Spider made the AMT one look real nice on his Italianhorses site.

Yes the Tilt Marui is surely the best kit (working lights, rear engine detail, perfect rims, working doors and rear hood...) Also the imai is nicely shaped. The most detailed is the Fujimi 1/16. I am sure that the Nitto and the Esci BB512 are the same kit (except the tires). |

I am afraid that the BB512 on Italianhorses is an MPC kit. Is it the same as AMT?

Re: AMT Ferrari BB512
You are right, I don't know if they are the same.

The MPC DD is different...
I have most of the kits mentioned and would be happy to do a comparison piece. I have 'real' car projects going and just don't have the time right now though.
