enging specs!

hi all! i was looking all over the net to fine the honda engin specs!

can you tell me what will be the best enign that i can put in a 94 or a 95 ingegra gs?


the reason im asking this question is becuase im getting a 94 or 95 integra gs so i wanted to change the engin but i dont know which is the best! oh yeah im plaing to turbo it too so which will be the best to fit my turbo!
