Dont know exact things, they were all just limited editions with a few extra things. I think they all have the better N1 turbos and the M-spec had different suspension I think.

I know that the V-Spec and V-SpecII use the Pro model of the GT-R's 4WD system ATTESSA ETS (Spelling??). Yeah and In think they use the N1's turbos. I am not very familiar with the M-Spec I think its a V-Spec wth a new suspension

The M Spec had ripple control suspension dampers to improve comfort, and in general it was the luxury version of the R34. I can't remember exactly what else it had, but I know that it had the conolly leather, the G-Meter, MFD, and rear wiper blade. I think the seats where the same.

Vspec in the R34 has a electonically controlled LSD in the rear end..

Vspec II in the R34 has a carbon fiber hood... couple other little things..

M-spec has a more "european" tuned suspension...
